If a patient cancels, block it for a new one.
 
As simple as that sounds, it’s actually very advantageous. 
 
Patients are the lifeblood of your business. While it’s good to aim for loyal customers, your priority should be new ones. You set the stage for the culture of your practice through your new patient process.
 
Shift your practice to a different arena. There’s so much to offer to and gain from new patients.
