Hollie Bryant is a passionate speaker, coach, writer, and owner of Bryant Consultants, one of the country’s leading dental consulting groups. As a consultancy, they provide customized systems, guidance, and personalized team training and coaching. Hollie has over 15 years of experience in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers and Academy of Dental Management Consultants among other organizations.


In today’s episode, Hollie and I discuss some of the issues my practice has encountered over the past year and some possible solutions. She explains what it means to replace yourself and not just what you do. She discusses some of the ways she can help me keep my personal life intact without sacrificing how I run my practice. Hollie also describes some of the ways we can improve efficiency without overhauling our system.
