There’s a big difference between learning new skills and implementing them in your practice. Learning something new can be done in as little as a week but organizing your team and instructing them on how to do that new service you want to offer can take much, much longer. I explain how you can prep your team to offer new services without overwhelming them. I also describe the difference an associate can have for your practice and what it means in terms of scalability.
